Partners.   A successful partner's move to a new law firm involves a complex interplay of personal, financial, and cultural concerns.   We recognize that the outcome of the search and lateral move process has large consequences for each partner.   So, the approach we take involves working closely with and getting to know each partner, individually, in order to best represent each partner with the search.   We also work closely with the managing and hiring partners of our clients in order to deeply understand the important components of the client's business and cultural needs, such as firm culture, finances, management style, and strategic vision.   That way, we can help to ensure that the expectations of both the client and candidate match.
