the job boards that many other legal recruiters post on their websites,
Marcus Recruiting's approach is different. Our firm
does not find it useful, for the clients or candidates, to post
a job board.
We
are in the high-quality, low-volume, recruiting business, rather
than the high-volume recruiting business. We have found
that the best way to attract the highest quality candidates is not
through recruiting job boards, but instead, by word of mouth and
through reliable referrals. So that is exactly how we
work. Nevertheless, we always welcome and actively
seek the most highly-qualified lawyers.
And,
although it should go without saying, we are committed to keeping
candidate information confidential. We will not send
out any resume without the specific consent of our candidates.
